The on-screen keyboard (OSK) for touchscreen devices in Windows 10 comes in two colors of gray: light and dark. However, since the release of Windows 10 21H2, you can modify the touch keyboard’s color and size through Windows settings. With the help of the options in the Personalization area, the OSK’s look and appearance can be modified.
The touch keyboard settings allow you to change the key opacity, suggested key color, custom key color, suggested key label color, custom key label color, suggested key border color, and custom key border color. You also have the choice of modifying the OSK’s size.

How to Change the Size of the Touch Keyboard
